A) Never say never, however all our products are exclusive time limited deals we have with our global suppliers. Generally speaking, once a sale is over, it's over. So it's best to buy as soon as you see something you like!

Q) Why is there a time limit on your products?
A) We work directly with suppliers to get you great products at great prices. As we all know, prices change, therefore we can only offer you an exclusive price for a limited amount of time.

A) We work with suppliers all over the world to source quality products that you will love. Since our product catalog is small, we intimately know and believe in everything we sell.

Q) Is it safe to enter my payment details?
A) Yes of course. Your payments are processed via an encrypted secure connection (SSL). Furthermore, we use established, trusted 3rd party suppliers (Shopify, PayPal, etc) to process our payments.

A) As you would expect, we accept all well known credit and debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Amex, etc) and of course PayPal.

Q) Can I track my order(s) with you?
A) Yes you can! Every order comes with full electronic tracking so you can spy on its whereabouts as it makes its way to you. You'll receive tracking information as soon as the item has left the warehouse.

Q) How long does delivery take?
A) This really depends on where your order comes from. With some international orders delivery can take anywhere between 7 and 25 working days. See our the shipping tab on the product in question for more details.

Q) How much wood could a woodchuck chuck if a woodchuck could chuck wood?
A) New York state wildlife expert Richard Thomas found that a woodchuck could (and does) chuck around 35 cubic feet of dirt in the course of digging a burrow. Thomas reasoned that if a woodchuck could chuck wood, he would chuck an amount equivalent to the weight of the dirt, or 700 pounds. Yes, we really did look that up for you!
