We do our upmost to ensure your order with us runs smoothly, but on the rare occasion something does go wrong. We'll strive to put things right as quickly as possible.

We do our best to select quality products and suppliers to provide our service to you. Because we're confident you'll love your purchase we offer a no quibble 60 day satisfaction guarantee on purchases - or your money back.

This is a generous but genuine offer, therefore we have to implement a few rules to keep things fair.

  1. If you have any problem with your product or delivery, please contact us at the first opportunity. We'll do our best to get things fixed as quickly as possible.

  2. If there's a fault with any product you purchase from us, let us know. We'll aim to get you a working replacement or offer you a full refund.

  3. If you're not happy with your purchase for any other reason, contact us at the first opportunity. If we can't put things right, we'll happily offer you a full refund to your original payment method.

  4. In the interests of fairness, we can only offer a refund on items that are returned to us in their original packaging and condition. See refunds below.

  5. You will need to return the item to us directly. While we offer a full refund on the original purchase of the item, you will need to pay any shipping fees involved in returning the item to us. When returning an item to us, we suggest you use a tracked shipping method as we cannot be held responsible for any losses in transit.

  6. Sadly, due to selling volumes, products listed as free, or "just pay shipping" are excluded from the 60 day satisfaction guarantee.

Returns:

Our policy lasts 60 days. If 60 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

Several types of product are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

Downloadable software products
Some health and personal care items

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted these include:

Books with obvious signs of use
CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video games, that have been opened
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error

Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

Refunds:

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Exchanges:

We'll replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, contact customer services and we'll get everything fixed.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
